training course on “Scientific Research Methodologies”
In collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the patronage of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the training course on “Scientific Research Methodologies” was officially launched on the morning of Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Information and Documentation Centere of the National Centere for Disease Control in Tripoli. The event is jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The five-day course aims to strengthen the research methodology and tool competencies of faculty members from nursing and health sciences colleges, as well as to broaden avenues of research collaboration among higher education institutions in the health sector in Libya.
The course was attended by a distinguished group of academic leaders and representatives from educational institutions, including the Chair of the Supreme Committee of Nursing Colleges in Libyan Universities, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, along with several deans and faculty members from various nursing colleges across Libya.
This initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance health education and improve the quality of scientific research in Libya.
